Our business was co-founded in 2001 by three former managing consultants of Scala Business Solutions NV, a global enterprise solution provider, which is now part of Epicor - a Fortune 500 company. i-CSM management spanned three decades in financial controlling, management and system accounting, and then more recently international ERP project management & application consulting. We have spent the last ten years applying our extensive ICT & finance management skills and experiences, coupled with a wealth of local knowledge, to delivering expert technical recruitment solutions to a growing network of clients within CEE and beyond.Our managing director David Lewis is supported by a team of multilingual recruitment consultants. The team has over thirty years of collective experience in ICT - Telecom - Banking - Accounting & Finance & SSC recruitment in CEE. Each member of the team is a specialist within their respective field. They possess comprehensive industry knowledge of products, applications, architectures, technical skill sets and typical candidate profiles and their market expectations. In January 2006 i-CSM joined the PMi Group, a London based boutique management consultancy and professional resources provider to the international banking community.
